17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

Charlie (and Jayson also!) was such a personable individual who completely understands the area, the market and what a seller and a buyer needs to feel comfortable and relieved. Any emergency or issue and Charlie would go the extra mile to help, at times when not even in office! This is the second time we have used Parkers and would completely recommend to anyone. They were always politely available to communicate with and it all went very smoothly. Lenny White was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and always made sure my questions were answered. The entire team at the agency was responsive, and supportive, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I truly felt supported from start to finish. I highly recommend Lenny White and all the staff at this agency to anyone looking to buy a home. They really care about their clients .
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
