From the beginning, he really listened to what I liked and disliked and was always genuine and straightforward with me. I never felt pressured into making a decision, and I genuinely felt that he wanted to help me find the right property rather than simply make a sale. My situation also had a few more moving parts than a straightforward purchase, and Michael was incredibly supportive and patient throughout the whole process. He followed up closely, kept things moving where he could, and often went above and beyond to help. What I especially appreciated was how approachable he was. He would always reassure me that there was no such thing as a silly question and to just ask him anything, and he would always do his best to assist or find out the answer for me. That made what could have been quite a stressful process feel a lot easier. Overall, Michael was sincere, responsive and genuinely supportive from beginning to end.
