Darren and Kirsty were extremely good at keeping us up to date with the early stages and chasing down our buyer and the seller of our new house after a bit of a hiccup ( no fault of Chapplins). Selina is a machine when it comes to getting everything lined up and pushed through. She knew what was happening before the agent we were buying through knew!
