19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Having just bought a property with the help of the staff at Byrne and Co I can only rate this operation with full 5 stars.<br>From the moment I arranged my first viewing to the day of completion there has always been someone, either John or Helen or any of the other staff there, to assist or chase things along.<br>I would not hesitate to use Byrne and Co again, they seemed to have a very traditional attitude towards customer service that in my experience is so much more effective that the "corporate" agents that I have dealt with in recent years.
18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We were with Pearson's in Fareham for 4 years renting. Lizzie and Della were absolutely great. Nothing was to much trouble and they were always helpful with a smile. They became more like friends. We are sorry to have had to leave them. Keep u the good work ????????????????????????

1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very poor communication (no answers to phone calls) and limited contact throughout. The branch appears to be regularly closed and not open as in accordance with their opening hours on Google (don't waste your time driving there, you will hit a locked front door), making it difficult to get any assistance.<br>The branch displays properties in its window that do not appear to be marketed by the agency. This creates a misleading impression of the instructions they hold and raises questions about transparency.<br>Overall, frustrated and disappointed with this agent.

Michael, Richard and Sue were all so supportive throughout our sale, which had some tricky moments, but they kept us updated throughout and genuinely care about their clients. They provide a very family-approach to buying/selling your house which feels very unique.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I have moved out of the property managed by charters, I was at my property for year. The moving in stage, the maintenance and the moving out was all pretty great. I have had a lot of bad experiences with letting agents in the past but bishops Waltham staff have been helpful and communicative. (Accounts team once said I hadn’t paid rent and I ended up paying it twice and it took me a month to get my money back which was a cash flow nightmare) but I count my blessings. Maintance issue were look at and dealt with promptly. I love where I have moved to but my new property manager/letting agent have already promised an issue would be fixed by move in two months in and ten emails later issue is still here - has really made me miss bishops Waltham charters ?

There was a delay at the start receiving the memorandum of sale due to an admin issue but these things happen. Overall very happy with the service provided to us. Would definitely use again in the future.
