16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.

Communication was consistently brilliant, proactive, transparent and always reassuring, and we never once felt out of the loop. What stood out most was the trust Gareth built with us, working hard in our best interests at every stage, and that made the whole experience far smoother and more positive than we expected. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.

From our first phone call with Lesley - she was honest and up front and sorted us a viewing over the festive period really quickly! Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We were then able to make multiple visits easily and every time felt very comfortable. Communication was great. We have been looking for a home for nearly a year so thank you!

25th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service
