Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Very disappointing experience with Mark David. After eight weeks on the market, we had just one viewing and very little communication or proactive marketing. When we asked why our property wasn’t selling, we were told it was because of Donald Trump and the current wars in the world, rather than being given any meaningful advice or strategy. We are now back to square one and have to find a new estate agent, yet we’re tied into our agreement until the end of July despite many of the things we were promised not being delivered.
