   This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.... Read more

   Thank you Phil for not getting back to me about my request to the view the property. As frustrating as it is dealing with an incompetent estate agent, I’m always grateful to discover this early on rather than later. On both occasions you have spoken to me with a tone of patronising condescension, despite you displaying a lack of basic knowledge on capital gains tax treatment and what constitutes as a 2nd property. To quote yourself “with all due respect” I've heard nothing from you in a week now, so I will pursue other methods to contact the vendor. No need to mention this to them as I will explain all when I locate them. Thanks again for saving myself and your client a frustrating process of liaising through waterside estate agents....    We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service.
