Thank you Phil for not getting back to me about my request to the view the property. As frustrating as it is dealing with an incompetent estate agent, I’m always grateful to discover this early on rather than later. On both occasions you have spoken to me with a tone of patronising condescension, despite you displaying a lack of basic knowledge on capital gains tax treatment and what constitutes as a 2nd property. To quote yourself “with all due respect” I've heard nothing from you in a week now, so I will pursue other methods to contact the vendor.
