Minors and Brady initially valued our house at a higher figure than other estate agents. They assured us there would be plenty of interest at that price so we chose them as our agents. However I felt it was significant that 15 days after we had put it on the market. i.e. one day after the statutory cooling off period for the contract they phoned us and put pressure on us to reduce the property by £25 K. (They later insisted they could only work with 25K reductions because those were the rules imposed by Right Move and Zoopla - we later found out that this is not the case. ) We had the property on the market with them for 12 weeks during which time they persuaded us to reduce their initial valuation by 75K in total. To be fair they did get people through the door but we did not sell the property.

I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

To begin with very good communication and friendly after a week started suggesting reducing price and carried on thereafter with aggressive and bully like emails and calls to reduce property price by £10,000 each time asking if I had any other debts to pay as I didn't want to reduce and being told I wouldn't be able to sell for over a year if I didn't reduce.It was my late mothers property and they even addressed me on the phone by my late mothers name.I accept they want to sell property and it's difficult times but I was relieved to end the contract with them.Lots of people have had very good experience with them but myself and a friend of mine have not

My property hasn’t sold yet so it’s hard to right a complete review. I’ve not had any updates for a couple of weeks now which I presume is just because there hasn’t been any interest which could be because it’s coming up to Christmas. I’m disappointed that I chose this agent because of the reviews that said most properties sold for the asking price and within 5-8 but that hasn’t happened with me.

The marketing of the property was excellent. The after sales by Gina Page, was first class, she went beyond what was required.
Excellent knowledge of the process of probate and other subjects that I need answers to, quick responce on emails. It was a bit of a hair time for me as my Mother died in the process of selling her house. Gina coulkd not have made the selling process any easier. The only thing that delayed the sale was probate. Otherwise the slae would have been seamless with her help. I highly recommend MInors and Brady for selling your property. Thank you to all the staff I had contact with. Merry Christmas.

Great company from start to finish. I found Minors and Brady to be very professional, prompt in all their communications and very easy to work with. I initially tried to sell my property through one of the free online agents using my own photographs and had very little in the way of viewings. I moved to Minors and Brady for their local knowledge, their database of prospective buyers who they could match to my property, their hand holding throughout the process and their photography, which was first rate. My property was so much better represented by them. They said that their photographer is award winning and I can certainly believe that. Minors and Brady marketing, both online and direct to their list of clients, generated so many more viewings. I thought I could get away with selling my property for free, but I was wrong. I did my own viewings out of preference and I received lots of support from the Wroxham office. I started marketing my property with them early September 2022 and let them know that I wanted my property under offer by the end of October 2022. They achieved this with one week to spare! The after sales team were fantastic - constantly chasing the whole chain to ensure conveyancing kept on track. Completion occurred within two months and in time for Christmas! I was so pleased. Not a great experience! I was given 15 minutes notice that minors and brady couldn't do the viewings, which were scheduled back to back, every 15 minutes, throughout the day.
I wasn't impressed with minors and brady at all and would definitely not recommend them. They have cornered the market and in my case, I believe that profit came before a decent level of professionalism and care.

Have just exchanged contracts on the house we are buying.

The whole journey of selling and buying has been so stressful.

Our sale was complicated from beginning! Original sale fell through but Minors and Brady managed to re sell within a matter of days!!! After many twists and turns and more downs than ups (none of which were ours or Minors and Brady fault!) we finally exchanged contracts yesterday! Jack Deely has been a real star going above and beyond to search for answers for us further down our chain and help give things the kick they needed... he even had to put up with me almost at point of tears!!!!! I found Minors and Brady just before the cv19 pandemic so as such they were unable to come to the house to take pictures etc. I had been with two local agents for over a year with no success, M&B were one of two agents chosen online and I had a response within 15 minutes, the second one took three months!!
I have found them to be fantastically professional and helpful at all stages of the sale, Chloe in particular at Wroxham has been above and beyond the call of duty working well into the evening writing and responding to mails and taking calls. There seems to be something with M&B that is lacking in many companies today, loyalty and enthusiasm for their work and the will to go the extra mile to promote their business. Thoroughly recommend them, you will not be dissapointed!

Overall I am pleased to commend Minors and Brady. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient, the marketing brochure was attractive and their negotiating skills both on sale price and purchase were formidable. There was one occasion when a new recruit did not follow my intended instruction not to reduce the lower figure in the asking price range but since I failed to follow up my instruction in writing I could not pursue a formal complaint. Above all they achieved a sale, which two previous agents had failed to do.

The personnel who worked there were lovely, very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t use them again however for 2 reasons:
1) the 5 month contract is very excessive given that other agents offer much shorter contracts.
2) they really were not successful at getting viewings through the door.
