30th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Signed for a no fee deal including legal fees. Paid £200 up front. The buyer of my property dragged on for months resulting in me losing my house purchase. Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.

Right from the very courteous and professional first contact, through to the final stages, I could not fault them in the slightest. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice. Given all the work they did, I regard their fee as very reasonable. Michael kept in touch every step of the way he arranged all the viewings and there was nothing for us to stress about. Michael has very good knowlege and was able to also refer us on to other processionals within the industry. Praise would definitely use again
