The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!
21st Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with an excellent understanding of the current property market and a clear sense of its direction. His insight and professional advice have been invaluable throughout the process.<br><br>Frost’s really helped accelerate our house sale at a time when reaching the end of the tunnel seemed a long way off!<br><br>What also impressed me was how well organised and efficient the entire agency is. 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Scott, Jackie and the rest of the team were great throughout the house buying process.<br>Scott handled the negotiations very professionally and brokered the deal so that the buyer (us) and the seller could make the deal happen that both were happy with. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
