Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended

1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.
3rd Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)They are absolutely lovely understanding and patient they have made things super easy for me to get things done. They also are very fast managed to find buyers within a month of being up for sale

OUR RECORDED CONVERSATION CONFIRMS THIS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE A PRICE ON SOMETHING THEY HAVE FOR SALE. THEY RUN PROPERTY AUCTIONS. WITHOUT THE CORRECT LICENSING. THE PROPERTY FOR SALE AT BARTON UPON HUMBER OLD OSSGABY YARD IS FOR SALE WITHOUT A PRICE ? ? ? HOW DARE YOU LAUGH AT A CUSTOMER DOWN THE PHONE TRYING TO FORCE A PRICE FROM ME. YOU HAVE IT FOR SALE, IF IT DOES NOT HAVE A PRICE IT IS NOT FOR SALE
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

He went above and beyond to help sell my property, keeping me informed every step of the way. I honestly can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, and support. I would highly recommend National Business Sales to anyone looking to sell their business or property.
