My partner has used Dart & Partners a few times previously and always had a great experience. This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates. Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date. Its a difficult market for selling. Properties are listed in abundance with valuations perhaps starting too high. Buyers are few and far between which meant that we had only 4 viewings over the same number of months. Every viewing is therefore critical and needs your agent to be fully appraised of features and any questions answered.
