This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Shannon from the start was brilliant, she explained everything, and I would highly recommend her for the future viewings. Caroline who showed us around was also very good. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of service from Pittis estate agents.

Chased again and left answer phone message. No one ever called! 9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We contacted Fowlers in Storrington to ask for their help after a challenging time trying to sell our house, due to the chains below our buyers falling down several times. Paul and Lisa acted with pace, and quickly found us a buyer who was well suited to our property and importantly , very motivated to buy. Lisa’s contact throughout was excellent and she was both professional but very personable throughout. She worked hard to ensure all parties were kept on-track and any questions were quickly answered. Consequently, our sale went through smoothly and we were delighted with the service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fowlers Storrington.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Fine and Country are always fantastic to work with- Chrissie, Natalie and Jasmine have great communication and this makes the process run as smoothly as possible. They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.- 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around. I decided to show people around myself. Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed. This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale. I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company. Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.

Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.- 27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Jennie and Georgia were the main support in the process of selling and buying both properties . It was along process and they were always at the end of the phone to sort out any problems along the way. Best estate agent I've used would highly recommend them in East Cowes .
