She was cheerful, polite, professional, and very helpful.<br>?The team showed great patience and understanding while guiding us through the process of lining up the letting with buying our next home and coordinating everything with our tenants moving in. 27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment. She was rude, offered no alternative appointment and appeared just not to care. Clearly had a higher commission viewing elsewhere.

Louise, Katie and Maisie were absolutely brilliant – polite, friendly and so on the ball. We were kept up to date with the process from start to finish, with someone always available to deal with queries. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend them.
