22nd Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Do not use this these estate agents. I had a tenant in my property that they rented out for me. They didn’t do their checks properly, they say they use a third-party for the checks so please be very carefull it cost me over £10,000 to evict the tenant and they still wanted to charge me the fee every month for looking after the property when the tenant wasn’t even paying. Not a professional company, use someone else.

She was even able to help with some incite into the condition of the Grade 2 listed property we were viewing. Highly recommended if you are searching for a new home.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
