11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I was looking for a rental in the area and out of 6 or so estate agents that I called, KFH genuinely took the time to understand what we needed and sorted us out quickly (which we needed)! They put in extra hours on evenings and weekends (including Sunday) to get us settled super quickly. The asking price was not realistic and I don't believe much support was provided to the sellers to help reach an agreement earlier. We were also constantly being chased for things that the sellers (KFH's client) had not completed/handled, causing additional stress and cost to us as buyers.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I recently dealt with Tippi regarding a 3-bedroom semi-detached house in St Pauls Cray, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first conversation she was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>Tippi clearly knows the local area well and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. The property was well presented, and she highlighted the key features (the modern fitted kitchen and the en-suite to the principal bedroom) without any hard sell. Communication was excellent throughout .she was quick to respond, clear with information, and made arranging a viewing completely straightforward.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable and reliable she was. Buying or renting can be stressful, but Tippi made the process feel easy and well-managed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in St Pauls Cray or the surrounding area. He was friendly, helpful, professional and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>The property viewings were easy to arrange, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had without making me feel pressured.<br><br>I really appreciated how approachable and supportive throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a property and wanting someone helpful and easy to deal with.

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)A deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience. We were left living in a property affected by significant black mould, despite raising our concerns. Instead of receiving appropriate support, we encountered rude, dismissive and unhelpful staff.<br><br>Most concerningly, after raising a formal complaint about the mould, we were served with a Section 21 notice. We found this response extremely troubling and feel it reflects a serious failure to treat tenants’ concerns appropriately.<br><br>We would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.
