Sarah has been extremely considerate and thoughtful when dealing with myself and my family. Luke in particular, has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family find a new home in difficult circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough and am thrilled they will also be managing the property I am moving into.

We live abroad and she’s handled the whole thing for us and made it all super easy & clear. We fully recommend her if you’re considering letting out your property! 9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Unprofessional. No communication from them. When we viewed the property it was clean and on move-in day place was left dirty, holes and marks on walls and left over goods. Whole process was terrible.

They guide you all through the process without stress or hassles. - 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Completely useless Ended up chasing for 3 weeks via phone calls with the kings hill and Maidstone branches as a prospective new landlord Finally, after weeks of chasing for their management terms, I got emailed a generic email asking me a load of irrelevant stuff (a tenant application email!) Replied saying I wanted terms for letting Got emailed them back They were incredibly high so emailed back to see if negotiation was possible. No reply Absolute shambles If this is the way you work with prospective landlords all I can say is steer clear!
