We reached out to several companies, but many either left us waiting for responses or didn’t feel genuine or transparent in their approach. Tammy from the Gravesend team truly stood out. She was consistently kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout. Even tho she had to work around the clock for us, changing few of the appointments hours or dates, Tammy remained positive and helpful. She showed the house really well, unfortunately we couldn’t finalise the house because of some reasons, Daisy was very understanding and she has been helping me to find the perfect house. Hope we get it soon??????
28th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Fantastic support from Wards @ Ramsgate. Initially looking to sell a refurbished property but wasn't working out due to factors outside everyone's control. Switched to letting it out and had a tenant in place and all the extra compliances sorted within a couple of weeks. I'll be honest, I previously didn't rate Wards too highly as a company but Ashleigh (Sales) , Linda and Jade (Lettings) have changed my mind. They (and I'm sure plenty of others I haven't actually spoken to) made what was quite a complicated matter into what is looking to be (fingers crossed) a success.

Holly has been quick and efficient to get everything sorted and she has done smoothly without any issues, I’m amazed it only took 2 days from visiting the property to having all of the paper work done and I got to chose what date would work best for me to move in. Holly has been so helpful in more ways than one and has been on the phone when I needed her and got everything sorted, thank you for all your help, I look forward to moving into this new property :)
