Honestly, Katie has been amazing throughout the whole process. From the first point of contact to dealing with some very sensitive issues, she's gone above and beyond to help me with everything. She's been very attentive, extremely supportive and informative. She's never once turned me away or left my questions unanswered. She even kept me updated about her holidays so I wouldn't be left in the dark. After a 2 year long tenancy with minimal issues, I had some pretty major problems arise in my life that affected my tenancy. We were extremely happy with the service provided from start to finish. Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home.
