1st Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Smashing bunch of people. So helpful and passionate about selling homes, and people for houses. They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.
19th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 6th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor communication from the agent when trying to get an update on a property we were interested in. Many promises of phone calls and messages which never came. Lots of time wasted when we just needed to know if the property was still available or not.- 13th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Instructed Graham and Sibbald to do the home report for our property. From start to finish they were most professional. Thank you!!

13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)The whole team were fantastic and everything was done in a professional manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were very understanding and helpful when we had any questions and helped to find a buyer for us.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.
