27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Was recommended MOV8 from my mortgage advisor and as a first time buyer, can say everything went incredibly smoothly, all questions answered, all details explained well, really was an easy process. Would highly recommend and would use MOV8 again for any future property requirements.
20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.
14th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We have used Sturrock Armstrong and Thomson for our wills and for previous house sales and also when we moved house recently. Apart from a minor issue when our bid for a property arrived a few minutes after the deadline but was quickly resolved they were very good to deal with, kept us informed at all stages and were particularly attentive when we were arranging viewings for our house. Leonard and his team looked after us.
23rd Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Buying or selling a property is something that most people do so infrequently that it is very difficult to know whether or not a different Estate Agent could have done a better job. Could they have sold it quicker? Or for a higher price? I will never know. But my flat took many months to sell and eventually did so at a price that was 10% lower than its value so I will not be using Delmore in the future.

Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

From the initial visit by Vicky and the contact thereafter from both Vicky and Cormac it has been an incredibly easy process. Their attention to detail and communication has been brilliant. In a process that has many pitfalls and potential areas of confusion they have been open at every turn. I have just came off the phone with Cormac for the final time before the sale tomorrow and he, and Vicky, have been a real credit to the organisation with their professionalism throughout. I would recommend to anyone.- 21st Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We had quite a few estate agents out to the house for a valuation but from the minute Scott entered our house and we began to discuss the house and valuation we felt he was honest, approachable and most of all being the sellers of our much loved house he listened. At no time did we feel pressure or an obligation to secure him as our agent. May I also add that when contacting the Glenrothes branch and speaking to the rest of the team they also were very approachable and no amount of questions were to much. I cannot rate Slater, Hogg and Howison highly enough.

I was selling the parents property (and dreading it), Jaqui from Innes Johnston was highly recommended so contact was made.Best descion ever. Jaqui is a very vibrant,positive person who has an energy and enthusiasm that is most infectious. The whole process has been a dream. Lovely meeting and talking with Jacqui and the staff are excellent, everything very well documented and communication was exceptional. I was kept up to date with all viewings and followed by viewing reports. Jacqui would even call jst for a quick check up and touch base which was also most reassuring when getting oodles of views but no bites. I thoroughly recommend Jacqui McAdam and her team and cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Administration of the property leasing old school, no silly apps and speak to people which is great. However that’s where the good part comes ends. The problem is the inspector and the property manager. Poor landlord is suffering the consequence, a lot of inconsistencies in what they are saying to both parties, as is the poor tenant that relies on them To make matters worse lettings manager ignores complaints rather than properly investigating. Even after council report, no acknowledgment of issues. What can one do?

Joe managed to sell our property in less than a week, and for over the Home Report value, which exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to messages, always on the ball, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process. He consistently kept us updated on proceedings, so we always knew exactly where things stood. On top of that, Joe is genuinely friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
