15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Approximately lived in my rented property about 13 years. Any small issues have been immediately sorted, the house has always been in excellent condition, no damp issues. The letting agent staff are so friendly and helpful especially lorna and mandy which are the staff that have mainly had contact with me and my many confusing questions. 100% recommend this company as its rare to have good staff and good properties ????????????

Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen!
