Everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process much less stressful. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ali Hamza was my main point of contact when I contacted the office. I found Ali to be very helpful and informative. He was always aware of progress with the sale. Towards the end he used his friendly approach to bring buyer, seller and solicitor together to ensure that completion took place in a timely manner. Thank you Ali.

It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Enquired about a parking space, took three phone calls to get a call back and then informed me I needed to provide three months in advance and a £100 deposit even though the listing said £0 deposit and another member of there team said you could pay monthly. Maybe try to get your facts straight.
18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I contacted the agency regarding a property I was interested in buying and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I first sent an email with some basic questions and waited a couple of days, but received no response. I then called the sales department directly to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and came across as irritated, giving only short and abrupt answers to simple questions. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice during the conversation. As a potential buyer, I expected clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Buying a property is a serious decision, and good communication from an agency is extremely important. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to deal with them again.

28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We have just moved into the area and had a great experience with Keenans from start to finish.<br>We viewed the house a couple of times before making our offer and then twice again afterwards, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team were so lovely, friendly and accommodating, always happy to answer our questions and arrange extra viewings.<br><br>Buying a house is never without its challenges, but the team were supportive throughout which made a massive difference. We arrived at their office at 4pm on one of the hottest days of the year to collect the keys, and they made us feel so welcome. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate in our new home!!<br><br>Thank you to everyone at Keenans for helping us with our move. 21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .
