It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.
22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

Everything was explained clearly, the advice was professional and knowledgeable, and I felt the valuation was realistic and well supported by the local market. The whole process was straightforward, friendly and gave me a much better understanding of my property's value and the options available to me.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We chose Keenans Rawtenstall to sell our house primarily because of their competitive fees. Looking back, I wish I had done more research beforehand.<br><br>When signing the contract, I dod nit sign it, it was automatic and entered an incorrect name, I contacted and was told "don't worry, it's fine". I also asked for a copy of tbe contract that was readable but this was never provided. Therefore, I habe never seen their terms of service.<br><br>On the day our property went live, I visited the office for the first time to drop off a key and was quite surprised. There was very little to indicate that it was an estate agency. There were no property displays in the windows, just a very minimalist office with mirrors, lighting, ornaments and interior design books. It felt more like an interior design showroom than a business focused on selling houses.<br><br>The same impression carried over to their social media presence. There seemed to be more content featuring selfies of their young staff in mirrors than actual property marketing. As a seller, I expected a stronger focus on promoting homes.<br><br>When I dropped off the key, just three hours after the property went live, I was told they had already received six enquiries. Our property was also labelled as a "Hot Property" on both their website and Zoopla, with indications of high interest and hundreds of views. Given this, I found it difficult to understand why we received only three viewings in the first three weeks.<br><br>In fact, one of those viewings came about because a note was posted through our door by someone who had been trying unsuccessfully to contact Keenans to arrange a viewing. We organised that viewing ourselves. Perhaps that offers some insight into the issue.<br><br>During this time, we viewed numerous properties through other estate agents. Many were more expensive than ours and, in our opinion, not as appealing, yet they often had back-to-back or block viewings arranged. By contrast, whenever we tried to arrange viewings through Keenans for properties we were interested in, we frequently had to chase by phone and email before receiving a response.<br><br>After three weeks, we raised our concerns and asked for our property to be promoted on their social media channels. Following this, we received two additional viewings. However, after five weeks on the market and only five viewings in total, we felt we had made the wrong choice and decided to take our property off the market.<br><br>Two days after sending our notice by email, we had received no response, so I had to follow up myself. I also mentioned again that the terms and conditions supplied to us were extremely difficult to read because the text was so small and became blurred when zoomed in. Harry agreed that this was an issue and said he was unsure about the notice requirements as a result, promising to call me straight back. Unfortunately, he never did.<br><br>The following day I called again and was told that I would remain tied into the contract for the remainder of the 12-week term plus a further 28 days' notice. I said OK because I just wanted the property to be removed from the market. I was then told that this could not be done and that the property had to remain online.<br><br>When I explained that I no longer wished to sell the property and wanted it removed, I was told it could instead be suspended and reactivated later to complete the remainder of the contract period. I explained that if we decided to sell again in the future, we would not be using Keenans.<br><br>After speaking with his manager, Harry returned and confirmed that I was in fact correct: the property could indeed be removed from the market immediately. The only restriction was that I could not instruct another estate agent until the contractual period had expired.<br><br>Unfortunately, after this experience, we have no intention of selling for a while. Will never use Keenans again.<br><br>Update: I finally got a confirmation email that I have taken my property off the market on 29th July!! Only took 2 months!<br><br>The response from Keenans is absolute rubbish!- 15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I had Stephen round yesterday to value my house and I can’t fault him at all, he was re assuring and polite to deal with. He even stayed past his finishing time on a Friday to help me move a few bits around to take pictures of my house to put it on the market. A credit to the company.

Would recommend Bridgfords every time!- 8th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’ve recently completing a property purchase through Keenans Accrington, and I can honestly say Isaac made the whole experience so much easier than I expected.<br>From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and always willing to go out of his way to make me feel comfortable and reassured. Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even introduced me to a fantastic mortgage advisor, which made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Thanks to Isaac's support and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and manageable.<br>A massive thank you to Isaac and the team at Keenans Accrington.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. Outstanding service from start to finish!

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Houseclub provided excellent service when selling out mothers home they were confident in their valuation, of property, kept us informed of all viewings booked , not just by phone but by letter, always got feedback from viewings, negotiated for us when we accepted offer the buyer tried to then change goalposts, houseclub advised us and supported us to decline they really know the market and instilled confidence that we would get another sake which we did within a week at a higher offer , even helped us arrange EPC and got quotes for us when work needed doing, every staff member goes above and beyond- 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)It was great experience with the skilled qualified estate agents and all ease and quick service provided bundle of thanks specially Molly who took great responsibility with my file it was very good dealing all gone very good and very well settled in new home .

What particularly impressed me was her willingness to take the initiative rather than simply allowing the issue to continue.<br><br>Her responsiveness, positive attitude, and determination to get the matter resolved made a real difference. It is very reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares about maintaining the property properly and finding solutions that work for everyone involved.<br><br>Excellent service from Jennifer and a great example of proactive property management. I cannot recommend Susan Eve Estate Agents highly enough.<br>This was a challenging, non-straightforward sale as the property had fell into disrepair and was being sold by two estranged, separate Executors.<br>Right from the beginning when Rachael came to value the house, I could see her passion for the job, knowledge of the area and commitment to achieve a sale.<br>When a buyer was found after a short period of time, the whole team worked together putting my interests to the forefront. Communication with them was excellent and replies to queries always speedy. No matter who you spoke to they were all updated and on the same page. They dealt with sensitive issues with upmost diplomacy and professionalism.<br>They have worked miracles and managed to sell a property I thought would 'never sell in a million years' and achieved a good price. Thank you team!
22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We travelled from Luton to view a property that was booked. On arrival we waited 10 minutes and no agent came. When we called they apologised and said someone should of called us but the house was no longer available. As you can imagine the cost wasted was annoying and the fact we have no evidence of a phone call is dishonest. We will be putting in a formal complaint as this is unacceptable

9th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous.<br>To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
