An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. They went to a lot of effort in their viewings and were very courteous, friendly and professional. We went through a difficult time as we had to replace our septic tank with a sewage plant and Colwills were so supportive which we very much appreciated. We were so pleased to sell our house. We cannot recommend them enough.

Communication was clear throughout, and the team were always responsive, supportive and proactive. What could have been a stressful process was managed smoothly, with genuine care and expertise. 7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Jamie helped navigate a difficult experience with surveyors and solicitors with humour and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble for the whole team in Liskeard. Unfortunately, after five stressful months dealing with a very difficult buyer, it was clearly not meant to happen and the sale fell through. Throughout, Mark Price showed true professionalism - always proactive and on hand to give advice and keep communications going. They helped us chase out solicitors who weren’t playing ball and worked really hard to get the sale completed before Christmas thank you so much!

All staff at Holsworthy office were always polite and kept us well informed as things progressed. Ann who works doing the viewings had a great local knowledge which really helped with potential buyers along with her pleasant personalty.
