After a few frustrating experiences making offers through a different estate agency, my partner and I finally found what we were looking for with Webbers Launceston and had a great experience from the very beginning. Our initial viewings were with Nathan, who was excellent, and throughout the buying process we spoke with several members of the team, with Leah acting as our main point of contact.
Leah was fantastic — always on the ball and very easy to talk to. As first-time buyers, she was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process and clearly explaining what we needed to do at each stage. She was proactive in chasing solicitors on both sides and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Some Webbers agents have got no empathy with people in regards to mental health problems while renting from them in Launceston . I think it’s absolutely disgusting, because they are working daily with numerous amounts of people I think they should be going on mental health courses how to react and be with people who are severely depressed with anxiety et cetera. The last phone call I made I had to drop the phone. I explained that I got mental health problems And I needed help with an issue, and she said I’ve got problems. What a way to act and speak to somebody who’s depressed severely with mental health issues ,I’ve got problems she said, yeah okay Mrs we all got problems, but I’m just stating a fact. i’m not very well, and you’re acting unprofessionally. They never seem to care and worry that you have problems with an issue in your rented accommodation, Even when it’s a serious problem, but if you haven’t paid your rent in one day they’re quickly after you then.

A great overall service - from start to finish we were impressed. Our initial enquiry was answered out of hours and this alone prompted a valuation of our home. Andrew was professional and confident, so much so that his valuation exceeded the next nearest valuation by quite a considerable sum, so we thought why not give it a go. Webbers waited until all of the marketing was ready, sunny photo's, floorplan, an excellent video tour and the same day as we launched marketing - POW, full asking price!! By the end of the weekend buyers were fighting over our house. We completed and moved house in good time and were kept up to date throughout. Brilliant service- highly recommended :-)

Had booked an appointment to view a house. I asked if anyone had viewed it already or was going to be viewing it, they said yes but it’s not a first come first serve system. They said all applications will be handed to landlord and then he can decide. Was a bit annoying to have a phone call to say that actually the house had now been rented. If I knew this I would have come to see the house eailer. Wish I had been told the truth to begin with.

Spoke to the manager earlier who wanted to discuss my previous review. He was apologetic and wanted to discuss the situation with me. The manager was really friendly and didn't make me feel like I was being a plonker, he took everything I said onboard and ended our conversation on " right lets find you somewhere to live" which was really nice to hear that he was still enthusiastic to help us. I did go and see a house a few days later with Webbers, Beautiful house might I add. They conducted the viewing very nicely, made the house welcoming before I entered. my last review was probably a little harsh.

A very poor service!, and I will never Rent a property from them again. My daughter rented a 1 PILLAR BARN full of DAMP, MOULD COLD not SUCURE after only 2 months of a 6 month contract. They were useless, unhelpful and failed in there agreement to maintain the property. Eventually contacted Enviromental Health due to the very poor Condition. Only after this was my Daughter aloud to leave. Absolutely out of order the way we were Treated.......

Depending on the colleague that deals with your case can vary the service a lot. Initially we had several colleagues working with us, which meant we felt we were almost being harassed, which added to the stress of buying our first home. Some of the colleagues gave incorrect information and had a bad attitude.
However as the process carried on we started to deal with the one colleague. Debbie is brilliant, she answers any and all questions and is upfront and honest.
Overall the service is good and I would recommend, but do be aware of one or two colleagues who have incorrect information and don't have compassion during a stressful time.
