Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and that’s exactly what you hope for when buying a home.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process, but we never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions. Instead, we felt supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way.<br><br>We are so excited to begin this new chapter in our lives, and a huge part of that is thanks to the outstanding service we received. 19th Apr 2020 (6 years ago)Absolutely excellent service from start to Finish. Paul was a building surveyor so as our house needed a little work he advised us of a realistic price. Martinis got lots of people over the threshold all taken personally around by Paul and we sold within two weeks. Would strongly recommend them.

16th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)This lettings agent in wednesbury are not helpful in anyway, i couldn't get a viewing booked online, still went ahead to their office in wednesbury to see if i could talk to someone, the lady i met was utterly disrespectful and dismissive. kept reminding me that she was on sales team and have nothing to do with lettings and wouldn't even give a listening ear. my overall experience with them was unpleasant.
