Belvoir have been brilliant from start to finish, and Chloe in particular has been amazing.
It’s been a long process, but absolutely no fault of theirs. Chloe has stayed helpful, responsive, and on it the whole way through. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt kept in the loop.
After using other agents, the difference was night and day. Belvoir managed to get buyers lined up really quickly, and handled everything in a calm, professional way.
If you’re selling and want someone who actually follows things through, ask for Chloe. Couldn’t fault her.

For someone who has never sold a property before, I couldn't speak highly enough of the team who have looked after me. Nathan was brilliant from the word go explaining everything about their service, the market, my property etc. The price was fixed because of the lower value of my house and beat everyone else I shopped around with by quite a large margin. No contract and no sale no fee. It was a win win. Throughout the selling and viewing stage there were so many people who helped me with any questions. Tammy, Lewis and James to name a few. I was sold in just over a week and got the full asking price. They really are worth it.

Belvoir have been a huge help to me over the years. Rented with them now for over 12 years and as a long standing tenant in 3 different properties with Belvoir, I have nothing but good words to say about them as a team, 2 people stand out in particular; Robert Beech and Alex Round.
They have helped me so much over the years, when landlords have withdrawn or I've needed a new place, they've done all they can to provide me with somewhere new to rent as quickly as possible.
They go out of their way to help all they can. Alex replies to my emails as quickly as possible, always tries his best to resolve any issues and pushes for the repairs and follows up with a call to ensure that the work needed has been carried out. A friendly, polite, professional and genuine guy.

It was a long slog taking over a year as the market is difficult for apartments in Oldbury town centre, however the staff at Belvoir endeavoured, advised me on what improvements I needed to make and found a purchaser with a reasonable offer. My experience with Belvoir has been a good one.
I have let my property through them for a number of years. I have found the service to be responsive and helpful.
I have also more recently use the sales department and finally managed to complete on my property. Again my experience has been a positive one dealing with Heidi, Katie and Emily. They have been great at keeping me up to date with progress or lack of it as times!! Whilst the whole process has been very frustrating with the length of time taken the girls have pushed and done everything within their power to keep things moving.

I have just had a phone call from Robert to inform me that this should be a branch reveiw rather than a belvoir reveiw. Branch was OK, other than telling us we couldn't move in until a certain date (due to electric work being done) and when I rang to chase it up I was informed the landlord wanted people in sooner rather than later (I hadn't been told the electricity had been sorted) also I was told I had to give one month's notice to end the tenency, when in fact it worked out to 2 months, so we had to find another months rent.
I still wouldn't use belvoir to rent a property again. Customer service wasn't the best overall, and lots of fees to start and end the tenancy.
