    We received an exemplary service from Savills. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient.     We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.... Read more

    I was not empressed with the behavour of the rep that i was speaking too regardsto my sitution being unwell and on benefits/Pip soon as i mention that there was a change in tone and behavour like i wasnt worth a look in, also my viewing was on the bunglow behide the eastanglia house next to fenman pub, i was suppose meet martina who wasnt there at said time, so some guy turn up by name called Ian whom showed no id, i had no commucation of the change so i known and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply regardless to there sitution. To which i was able to but in the manner of his voice and tone you could tell i wasnt welcome and by the way conversation was going you could also tell that i wouldnt be treated fair. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. So i was emformed by email corraspondence that landlord declined to adverse credit thou it was sorted but still declined. So even thou you had given the information you still dont get treated well. I feel alot of change needs to happen regards to realising that what ever a person sitution, given it was beon there control. Youre still treated unfairly. I will state this to council when they ask me why i chose not to contact estate agents regards to homes for rent. Its a shame thou im a loyal tenant and payments for rent is completed on time and no issues so pitty there some snobs out there.... Read more
