Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication. He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated that he tried to support me as much as he could throughout the purchase. Thanks to his help and professionalism, we were able to complete the process successfully. I would definitely recommend Arikson to anyone buying a property.
12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.
22nd Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.

As a tenant, I have always been satisfied by the way the team passes information and responds reactively. I want to thank in particular Jonathan Davis as my property manager for over 2 years. 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

After numerous flat viewings with different agents, it was very refreshing to interact with someone who really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Leon was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He followed up with me to make sure I got all the information I needed and helped clarify a couple of points with the owner.
