9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Acorn, largely due to their communication and lack of professionalism.<br><br>When my sale fell through, all I received was an email, with a letter attachment that wasn’t even addressed to my name… I called them to clarify, which took at least two days to get an answer, and I was initially told that the email should have never been sent and that this wasn’t actually the case. However, they later confirmed that it was the case after all. There was constant mixed messaging, and the whole situation was just an absolute mess. I could never get through to them, and neither could my solicitors.<br><br>Whenever I tried to put my point across, I was met with defensiveness rather than a professional response.<br><br>Additionally, whenever someone handling my case was off, it felt as though my case would be forgotten about until they returned, and I would have to chase for an update myself. There was very little proactive communication.<br><br>Overall, the experience for me was just frustrating and incredibly unprofessional.
12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.
22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.

17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)My experience started off really well when I first moved in, and everything seemed smooth. Unfortunately, as time went on, several problems began to arise.<br><br>We had no Wi-Fi for almost two months, there was a rat infestation, and the air vent in the property never actually worked and seemed to be there purely for display. These issues made the experience increasingly frustrating.<br><br>When I eventually decided to move out, the staff helped with the process. Before paying for the final month, I specifically asked whether I would receive my money back for the days I would not be living there, and I was told that I would. I moved out only two days after the rent was due, yet I was only refunded around half of what I had paid.<br><br>I have now been trying to resolve this for around four months. I have called the office regularly, sometimes around four times a week, but I repeatedly get told that “Charles isn’t in the office.” Unfortunately, this has become extremely frustrating because I still have not received a proper explanation or resolution.

My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Thank you also to Jamie for making me feel welcome from the outset and giving me confidence that I’d chosen the right estate agents.<br><br>I really appreciate everyone’s efforts in getting the sale over the line. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
