Nice and easy, for a first time selling a home it was as easy as I could have hoped for. Not only did we sell it quickly but we were really pleased with the price and got over the asking. (They also valued it more than other agents) Highly Recommended!

From viewings and taking us around even though we hadn’t even listed ours yet, meant they were happy to go the extra mile and understood we weren’t just “browsing”. We were intro’d too during the process to the architect Jonathan who were working with as well at the moment and they were extremely knowledgeable about the house, the area, the listed status and the sellers which was reassuring. Great service and the whole team did great. Thank you and would happily use again in the future or to anyone selling.

We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

23rd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I want to thank Marie, Michelle, Lisa, Karen and Dawn for the faultless customer service they've provided throughout the process of selling our house. They've been consistently wonderful. Although we weren't able to secure the price we had initially been hoping and aiming for, and it took a while, the main thing is that we've reached a sale. The photography and advertising, and the marketing strategy that followed, made the best of what has often been described to me as a 'quirky' property - this was some impressive stuff. I'd heartily recommend Marie and her team.

They were helpful, professional and courteous, with great communication throughout the sale of our property. 5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today. Fingers crossed.
