31st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas. A massive thank you to Mel and the team at Hammond Properties for their help in buying our first home.

5th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent (buyer). Jamie and Chloe both worked really hard and efficiently in both their communication and expertise. I was kept fully updated at all times and was supported through the entire process both pre and after sales. When I come to sell my property, I won’t be looking elsewhere.
7th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Always received a report following a viewing. Everything went quiet once sold STC but perhaps that is the norm, never sold a house before.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

We had two sales for through alongside a fair few issues, and all the time Stuart maintained the upmost level of professionalism and was consistently diligent as well. Both Stuart and Amber were fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the again!
