8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)We found the team at DDM Grimsby to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. We worked more closely with Doug and Lexi and they were very supportive but honestly, the rest of the team were great too, from the photos, video, taking our calls, answering our emails and even the times when I popped into the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.
23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)They were good in all fairness. I ended up part exchanging my house for a new one so never actually sold. The staff there were very helpful and friendly however.

2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)A member of the Starkey and Brown team contacted us within an hour of me selecting them from those recommended and from the first meeting right the way through viewings and the offer process every member of the team has been helpful and professional. They follow up every viewing and update with what potential buyers say , which provides a good idea of well priced it is an how negotiations might go when a buyer is found.

However, the level of communication regarding viewing of our property was poor, on four occasions buyers turned up with your agent without any prior warning to ourselves of the proposed visit! a very embarrassing situation for all concerned. Overall we were satisfied with their service

Whenever we have an issue in our property Saffron is always straight on it and has never failed to not keep in touch with updates and she’s so easy to talk to! She always goes above and beyond to get things sorted and we’ve always appreciated it! So we just want to say thankyou on the behalf of me and my partner :)

15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.- 15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Josh has been brilliant with ensuring a smooth transition for my new tenants. I have been extremely pleased with the service. He usually replies immediately and has gone out of his way to run around for me given that I am nearly two hours away from the property. Thank you xx
- 23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. However, this does not detract from their excellent service and their ability to go the extra mile. Thank you.

12th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)James was a new member of staff at Connells when I was in the process of moving into a let.I feel he had a lot to deal with as the other gentleman was off work and he was learning the ropes quickly.<br><br>I have never let before and so it was a new experience for me. James was very helpful with all my questions and follow up. Good with responding to emails etc<br>Hope you are enjoying the job James??????
