From the sensible sales valuation by Emma (priced accurately to sell in a tough market) through to the timely completion managed by Sonja, they were professional, polite, efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve bought/sold 7 houses and this was the easiest process of all those transactions.

24th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Didn't contact us, we had to chase them up all the time. Waited in for someone to view our property only to discover they had cancelled and we weren't notified. Photographs our our property all looked very dark compared to the agent's we have now. They put a for sale sign up that was too short and risked people walking into it, I adjusted myself.

The process of getting to completion took longer than we planned for, but this is more to do with solicitors/management companies not being as thorough as we would have expected.<br><br>Izzy was really good in communicating with us and her professionalism shone through. 23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I’ve viewed hundreds of properties over the years – from London to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and Spalding– and met countless estate agents, but this agency has been by far the most friendly and memorable I’ve come across. The very first time I viewed a few properties with them, the agent was wonderfully welcoming – a real breath of fresh air. This was my second time in Spalding viewing properties, and this time round it was Max who showed me the properties over the last two days. Working with him has been equally exceptional. He showed me three properties yesterday and was very kind to arrange a second viewing for one of them today because I had to return to London. Throughout it all, he remained completely patient, and approachable. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness and respect. Unlike many in the industry who can be transactional, judgmental, and impatient – sometimes even making you feel looked down upon depending on your budget – Max treated every property and question with equal care and professionalism. True humility, kindness, and respect have nothing to do with age or how many decades someone has been in the job. Regardless of experience or seniority, many across the industry have a lot to learn from Max about staying grounded and treating every client with genuine respect. If I were selling a property, I would go with this agency without hesitation. Max and his colleagues make people feel truly comfortable and valued, which makes all the difference. Max is a wonderful professional with an exceptional work ethic, and with this attitude, he is going to do brilliantly in whatever he chooses to do. He has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of valuing my house, providing me with all the information and advice I needed and taking the time to answer any questions I had. Edward has also kindly offered to help me find my next home once the sale of my current property is complete, which I really appreciate. 12th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)My experience with William H Brown's property management service has been extremely disappointing and I can't recommend them to other landlords.<br><br>I entrusted my flat to them to manage professionally, expecting regular inspections and proper handling of tenancy issues.<br><br>Unfortunately, I feel that did not happen .<br><br>During the tenancy the tenant changed the locks and took effective control of the property. I was told by William H Brown that they had no access and could not intervene, because the tenant asked not be disturbed.<br><br>And as a landlord paying for a fully managed service, I found that very frustrating and felt left without the support I was paying for.<br><br>The tenant ultimately left the property in a shocking condition, causing significant damage and leaving me with substantial financial costs, stress and worry.<br><br>After the tenancy finally ended, I paid around £800 for cleaning and remedial work arranged through Sequence, but in my opinion the standard of work fell well below what I had paid for and did not represent good value.<br><br>When I raised concerns, I did not feel responsibility was excepted or that a satisfactory resolution was provided.<br><br>I was left to deal with the consequences and the financial burden.<br><br>I will be attaching photos showing the condition of the property after the tenant left.<br><br>Based on my experience I strongly encourage anyone using their services to carefully consider how they manage rental properties, carry out inspections and support landlords when serious issues arise.<br><br>My experience left me feeling let down, out of pocket and disappointed.<br><br>This reply from the agent is just a cover up.<br><br>They should of vetted her.<br><br>The are just trying to hide their bad reputation.<br><br>They have known for a couple years, but refused to take responsibility.
