1st Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

They were professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions I had. They made the whole experience much easier and less stressful than I expected. Monika was very attentive and kept everything well-organized, while Euan was efficient and practical—together, they worked as a great team. I really appreciated their patience and dedication in helping me find the right place to rent. They listened to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. 3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’ve been impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of the Connells staff I’ve had involvement with so far. I’ve literally just had my offer on a property in Rugby accepted, so a long way to go yet, but Iona Campbell and Matthew Measures have been great! All my checks were carried out swiftly and I’ve got to say they have installed a sense of confidence that they’ll help me through the whole buying process. Viewings were arranged easily and again, they were friendly and professional in the way they were conducted and how they’ve dealt with us. I appreciate its early days, but I’ve been impressed and first impressions count a lot with me, so I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you Iona and Matthew for (hopefully) finding us our new forever home!
