9th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

From start to finish, Ethan was professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. He kept us informed throughout the transaction and was proactive in helping move matters forward, especially during the final stages leading up to exchange and completion. As with any property transaction, there were a few stressful moments along the way, but Ethan was always on hand to provide updates and reassurance. He was constantly chasing the sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the chain to keep things progressing and ensure we were kept informed. One thing that particularly stood out was Ethan’s communication. He responded to all of my emails, queries, and questions very promptly and was always happy to help. No matter how busy things were, he made sure we received updates and clear answers whenever we needed them. I’m fairly certain Ethan saw my name appear in his inbox more often than he would have liked over the last few months! Despite that, he always responded quickly, professionally, and with great patience. His willingness to answer every question, no matter how small, and chase every update was genuinely appreciated. His communication, dedication, and support helped make what can often be a stressful process much smoother and far less daunting. Thank you again, Ethan, for all your hard work and support. 23rd May 2025 (1 year ago)Whilst the service up to sale agreed was fine after that limited if any progress, no sense of urgency, no keeping clients up to date Dates for completion kept being put back Resorted to speaking to my solicitor as MM were hopeless No update at all the week of completion so if it was left to them I wouldn’t know whether I was supposed to be completing today
14th May 2023 (3 years ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

15th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)I used Emma Terry to sell my fathers house. I fairness to Emma she did a good job and got a good price for it in my opinion. I then went back to her with a view to sell my house which is much larger in Lowdham. I initially had a valuation on my property at the same time she valued my fathers. As she had done a good job on my first sale then I thought I would use her again. Unfortunately when I contacted her by e mail to ask her about the sale of my property and valuation and fees. I was contacted by email stating it was the same valuation as previously given a few months before and no negotiation on fees despite being a more expensive property than the first one she had sold. I t would have been more of a personal touch if she could have found time to have a personal call. The property was hugely undervalued and sold for £100K more than her valuation.
22nd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Associate director consciously chose to breach trust rendering my relationship with the company as both a seller and buyer, completely untenable. My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.

They gave advice on pricing, handled the viewings well and kept me in the loop the whole way through. It wasn’t completely smooth (as these things never are) but they were always on hand to help sort things and keep it moving. Would 100% recomend them if you’re selling in Nottingham ??????
