    This estate agents is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure to come across. After several emails and a phone call we agreed on a date and time to view a property on their books we waited patiently for nearly an hour outside the property at the agreed date and time leaving several voice mail messages on their landline in the office they finally sent me a message (didn’t even call me) with some lame excuse no signal but they managed to pick up my voice mail ok. The message denied any communication even when I sent them the emails they then tried to say I had not confirmed the confirmation email but I had actually spoke to them on the phone how many confirmations did they require I am afraid I could never recommend this agent either for buying or selling they obviously need further training in customer service as theirs is non existent and improvement in their own communication abilities...
