We were really impressed with the service that we received from Lee at Exmoor Property Estate Agents. He knew the industry well and gave us confidence from the first meeting that he would be able to sell our property. He priced the property well and produced a really professional and attractive sales brochure. We were very pleased when we received an offer on the property from the first person to view it. With a little negotiation, we came to a mutually satisfactory agreement and sale. Throughout the sales process, Lee's communication was first rate and he kept on top of everything, chasing up solicitors on both sides for progress and keeping us informed via a Whatsapp group chat. Just prior to completion there was a slight hitch which involved the input of a neighbour and a solicitor. Lee pulled out all the stops for us and ensured that all paperwork was in place in time for a very tight deadline. The sale went through and Lee was the person who advised us that completion had happened. Lee was professional, responsive, helpful, proactive and above all a pleasure to work with.
