23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Knowledgeable estate agent with good understanding of local market. Valuation was spot on with offer received within 2 days. Advertising material was very good. Communication with staff members was good. Estate Agent did not always provide updates via Property Portal thus requiring chaser phone calls that could have been avoided. Fair value for money as prooerty sold so quickly and they had little work to do. Even had to conduct our own viewings as staff not available at appointment times.

The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, but the person who truly made the sale seamless was Phoebe. She was outstanding throughout — proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive at every stage. Not only did they achieve £10,000 above the original valuation, but Phoebe dealt brilliantly with the issues caused by the buyer’s solicitor, keeping everything on track and taking a huge amount of stress off me. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt confident that my sale was in the best possible hands. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend both Phoebe and the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

He answered my questions without that dreaded sentence “I don’t know” which can be so irritating. I really appreciated his honesty and clear communication, which made what can be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend David Burr to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

Georgina has been extremely professional, very open and honest and always available either by email or telephone which I believe is of great importance when dealing with a house sale or purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Georgina and her amazing team. 10 out of 10 ????
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)TES took over from Hunters just after I had given notice to Hunters and after having to stay with them for 16 weeks, all of the office staff changed almost overnight. I thought rather than go back to square one I would see what they could do. By that time my partners sale completed (21 April) and I have to admit I took my eye off the ball as we were very busy with workmen etc. However the communication was very little. I had one lady view in that time but she had not sold herself. She did view a second time but turned out to be a time waster. No-one senior ever spoke to me about any plan. I asked about an open day perhaps and was told the market for bungalows was just not there. I am now sorting out another agent who is due to photograph and do a floor plan today.
