Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr. While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate. All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B. When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three. The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up. All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence.
