Since then they call me all the time, despite me repeatedly (at least 10 times now) telling them to delete all my information from their files and not contact me anymore. I cannot express how irritating it is, and I believe a breach of GDPR as well. Can you just leave me alone???

Our lettings negotiator was Harriet Scrivener and she made the whole process extremely smooth and easy. We were in constant communication with her and she was extremely prompt in keeping us informed and answering all our queries in a highly efficient and professional manner. My wife had been looking to rent an apartment in this building for quite some time now and Harriet made it possible and that too so seamlessly. I would highly recommend Tucket Gardner and especially Harriet to anyone interested in lettings and sales.

After being with Thomas Morris in 2 homes the past 7 years I would definitely recommend them to anyone when renting. Helen has also been a pleasure to work with over the years on my inspections. 9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

The whole Aspire team were very friendly, very approachable and advice asked for by us and given freely by them. Despite a slow market we eventually both bought and sold within two days.
