The service offered was good we were kept informed of each time a visit was due and they have an online portal that is updated each time with views and reports that you can access. The support has been throughout from first putting the property on the market, through to exchange of contracts .

Charlotte was very responsive and kept us in the loop at every stage - I have lost count of the amount of times I got a quick phone call from her to tell me what is going on! As first time buyers we were not 100% sure on how the process worked and she was very helpful when we did have questions. An unanticipated length of time until completion then took place due to factors unconnected with EW. At every stage during this time Charlotte, Louise and Natalie kept me well informed by phone or email. Their quick responses, updates and positive attitude removed much of the stress and hassle usually involved in property transactions.

Booking the viewings was really easy, especially with them being open on a Sunday (something we didn't find with many other estate agents) and the online portal provided was a nice touch, especially as it allowed us to submit an offer on a property out of office hours. We were able to arrange multiple viewings of the property with ease and never felt like an inconvenience asking for another booking. Throughout the buying process our emails were always responded to quickly, as first time buyers we had a lot of questions and they were always answered, or we were directed to another party to find the answers. I can't recommend Kate and the team highly enough and would look to them first for any future property purchases.

Disgusting place to deal with. Consistently left me without heat, no carbon monoxide alarm for my entire tenancy, always hire the cheapest engineer and most recently damaged my stuff on call out. Horrible attitude whenever you deal with them. Avoid at all costs.

As anyone knows moving house is one of the most stressful times in adult life. We purchased our new home through Ellis Winters, and were lucky enough to be helped by Louise Martin. Louise went above and beyond, always returned calls when she said she would, any problems were sorted out quickly and with the upmost professionalism. We were given more support from Louise during the short time we dealt with her than the entire time we had our house on the market with our own estate agent, everything from chasing Solicitors and all the other estate agents in the chain of which there were 5. Could not recommend her highly enough.
