We had excellent advice right from the start on the valuation & on marketing the property. The team kept us informed throughout the process & were very proactive in updating us. Everyone I spoke to in the office was polite, professional & responsive. We can definitely recommend their services if you are looking for a local Estate Agent.

Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)When I decided to sell my house I was certain I would choose Tinsley or Potter but asked Flex-iAgent for a valuation as I had heard good things about them.<br>I'm so glad I did.<br>Mark was extremely professional and enthusiastic and quite frankly made the other 2 estate agents seem very old fashioned in their approach.<br>Luke did a great job creating our sales listing even making improvements on his recommendation.<br>My house was bought for the full asking price by the first person to view.<br>Jacquie was excellent, chasing people up and keeping me informed at every stage.<br>I also dealt with Ruth Ryan and Aimee who were all very helpful. I called into the office numerous times and every member of the team was friendly and keen to help.<br>Movng home can be a stressful experience but the great team they have at Flexi-Agent keep that to a minimum.<br>If you are thinking of moving house I can't recommend them highly enough .
