The sympathy & understanding we received given the nature of our sale was greatly appreciated. From Millie & Alex attending the property for the pictures & videos to Andrew being our point of contact throughout the transaction the service we have received has been fantastic. Andrew understood how important it was for us to find the ‘right person’ to buy our family home. We were kept well informed throughout the process & any queries we had were swiftly dealt with. 5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)The valuation day was friendly and professional with lots of local market and our house information collated by Burrell’s prior to the valuation. They also arranged photos and a video in a timely manner. Burrell’s carried out our viewings which was beneficial for us. They maintained effective contact with us via email and text.
8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

After being on the market for 6 months with another agent, they sold my property within a matter of weeks.<br><br>I’ve felt so well looked after throughout the whole process and they were even helping chase solicitors and all sorts on moving day.<br><br>Thank you Shaun and team for a great experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy or sell a house!
