3rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Went for a viewing and was told at that viewing that if I wanted to put in an application then I had to either email or call but no one would be able to receive either until the next day. I called as soon as they opened the next day and was told that the system was being slow but they would send me the application. I emailed after a few hours as I hadn’t heard anything and found that the email address they had communicated with me on had an out of office for a week so emailing wouldn’t do anything. I called them again and was told that the other person I had viewed with had put in an application and holding fee before I had called (which was as soon as they opened). I’m not sure if I believe that but regardless, they gave me incorrect information which cost me a property.

2nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)The pictures shown on the listing for Hornby Avenue, Wirral, CH62 are completely false Went to viewing on 29th May at 10.25am and the flat was in a filthy, disgusting condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or looked at since the last occupant left. The back gate outside was broken (not shown in the pictures) and the toilet was broken (not shown in pictures)
