I was recommended dms and was extremely disappointed which was Such a shame as what seemed such a high and reputable company things seemed to have slipped massively.. I wasted 6 weeks listing my property with so many errors from the off set such poor communication no one wants to pick up the phone and then when I pulled my property I was told it was basically my fault with me being difficult with viewings again massively untrue!! I used another company listed for the correct price and sold within 6 days!

I would highly recommend DMS for anyone selling their property in Liverpool. After having a bad experience with a high street chain estate agents I decided to change to DMS which turned out to be a great decision.
The communication from Daniel and Emma throughout the process was fantastic, they were both on hand to attend viewings and answered all questions and queries very promptly.

I'm not usually a “review” kind of person but I'm posting one for DMS Agency!
While I was on and about to look for a new place to move to, I tried to book viewings for multiple houses/rooms/flats with different agencies. Some, they've not even replied, some, they booked me in but with 1 day before the booking or even on the day, they cancelled me cause the property was rented already.
I almost gave up when, by pure luck and one lucky Google search, I've came across DMS.
Let me tell you that the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew that this is going to be the one.
The booking of the viewing went smoothly.
The viewing itself was great! The agent was super friendly.
From the time of the application until I moved in it was only a week.
Not looking to move anytime soon, but if I have to do it, I'll do it with them!
All in one?! If you need to move, DMS Agency is the agency you need!

Great customer service, smooth tenancy transition and a very passionate team who are on hand for any maintenance issues/ general inquiries. Any issues in the property are promptly fixed and communicated to yourself through one of the office managers. Contractors, they all act like family to DMS, they’re not just there to do the job and and go home; they take a passion in maintaining their properties and show real ambition. Unlike other landlord I have used in the past, they’re extremely professional both in service and processes and strive for high standards. 10/10 to DMS employees, job well done ????
