I honestly can’t recommend Debbie highly enough. From start to finish, she has been absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to keep me updated throughout what turned into a very complicated and stressful house move! There were so many twists and turns along the way, and at times I really thought the whole chain was going to fall apart. Debbie was always there with an update, a reassuring word and a willingness to chase things up and help find a solution. She was incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout, and I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for better support. This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate.
