I have found Bev to be professional friendly and very helpful She has been prepared to go the extra mile by contacting me even when it is her non-working day I have been particularly impressed by her straight edge If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will admit it and go away and find out rather than resorting to confabulation on the spot Moreover she does not utilise any pressure selling techniques which are typical of her profession which is a welcome and refreshing change.
