Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. We dealt with Royston at Davies and Partners for our house purchase. Royston was extremely accommodating for several house visits we arranged throughout the purchase process, he was always contactable by phone and replied immediately and clearly to any emails we sent him. Royston also acted as an imperative form of communication between ourselves and the sellers when the solicitors may have not have been so responsive.
