We were struggling to sell our home which was on the market for months before we moved to Connells in Bicester. I had given up hope somewhat and gave them a short window to get it sold before we withdrew from the market and they immediately had a string of very positive viewings and found us a buyer very quickly. The whole team were fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially Lydia and Polly who I spoke to a number of times and they conducted some viewings with our buyers. Kevin also performed a number of heroics in chasing the rest of the chain to keep things moving forward and was always extremely responsive and willing to help, even making calls for us on his days off which was above and beyond. Savills is the management company of the Elms Parade car park and Westway Place Church Way - Botley, both parking lots managed by Smart Parking, company which has been frequently not fulfilling Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA 2012) and still sending parking charge notice to customers of the Elms Parade shops. It's outrageous how a management company still allow such scam to happen in their managed premisses. Just look on Google and you can see how many people have been scammed by Smart Parking. The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be.
