Their communication was excellent they kept me fully in the loop with regular updates and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so I always knew exactly where things stood. They were genuinely proactive, anticipating issues and keeping everything moving smoothly without me having to chase.<br>What impressed me just as much is how well they look after my rental portfolio. As a landlord, I really value the care they show both me and my tenants. 8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Amazing service from Adam and the team! Within around 48 hours of raising an enquiry, Adam came around to value the house. He was honest, professional and timely. Shortly after, he then came around to take pictures/measurements of the house and again was professional and warm. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.<br><br>When selling the house, we were communicating with Jess who was just as great! Her responses was prompt and she always kept us in the loop. After a blip where the initial sale fell through, she and the team were prompt in getting the house back on the market ready for viewings.<br><br>Protheroe Property made our move seamless and alleviated some of the stress. Their communication was prompt, effective, and always warm. I don't think we waited longer than a few hours for a response. They worked hard to get our sale through and we would use them again in a heartbeat :)

21st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
