Their communication was excellent they kept me fully in the loop with regular updates and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so I always knew exactly where things stood. They were genuinely proactive, anticipating issues and keeping everything moving smoothly without me having to chase.<br>What impressed me just as much is how well they look after my rental portfolio. As a landlord, I really value the care they show both me and my tenants. There were various bits of work which needed doing before the tenants moved in and Sian arranged and co-ordinated it all on my behalf. She carried out numerous viewings to ensure the right tenants were found and ensured the application process went quickly and smoothly, all the while keeping me fully up to date. Couldn't ask for more. A very comprehensive and thorough service. I feel reassured knowing Sian will be managing the property for me throughout the tenancy and beyond.

From the start, Katie impressed me with her prompt reply to my initial enquiry on a Sunday. She may not have the experience of some of the others I met, but she certainly showed enthusiasm and understood the complexities of selling a holiday cottage. I was able to contact her easily and she kept me fully in the picture. A buyer was found within a month. Highly recommend.
