They listed my4 bed detached dormer bungalow as a 4 bed detached HOME!!! SO I didn’t get any viewings for 10 week as google does not recognise home on any search engine it Could be found under properties but buyers only looking for bungalows could not find us!! I found out by distant friend trying to find bungalows online. They relaunched but missed summer buyers. Tied into 20week contract and cost me £354 to cancel -nightmare scenario for me.... Read more

Great Customer Service..I'm just settling into my house in Alnwick , after a big move from the Sussex Coast..my friend and I came up to view properties in May .Maureen, Hayley, Tracey, Lorraine and others ..sorry can't remember all the names!! have always given me excellent service in their communications.It has been an extremely stressful few months, but I'm here now and starting my new life ??????.
