13th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)5 stars aren't enough to rate the experience I had today. :) Moving home can be very stressful, but Eleni from the Lymington branch was an absolute star and made it the best experience I've had in years. Eleni was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and her positivity was absolutely contagious. I started the experience with high anxiety, and feeling like if I not only found my dream home but also a "friend". I lived in 6 different countries, moved over 20 times and this has been by far the best experience out of all of them. Couldn't recommend the services more.

Harvey & Mike were exceptional; keeping us updated and informed whilst being friendly & professional throughout. Daniel was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel much smoother by being responsive, honest, and reliable whenever we had questions or needed updates. What really stood out was how trustworthy and genuine he was. He clearly cared about helping things progress and making sure everything was handled properly, which gave us a lot of confidence during the purchase. Overall, Daniel was a great person to deal with, and we’re very grateful for the help and support he gave us while buying our home. We’d happily recommend him and the team at Leaders Poole to anyone going through the house-buying process.

6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.

We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.

17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with Pettengells New Milton who succeeded where others had failed. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

From the initial viewing through to exchange and completion, they were professional, responsive and proactive throughout. What really stood out was their communication and calm persistence in progressing the purchase. They kept all parties aligned, followed up where needed, and ensured momentum was maintained at key moments. Overall an excellent service with particular thanks to Darren and Chris.

16th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)I've bought and sold several times and had experiences ranging from OK to utterly awful. I chose Michael Adam to sell a close relation's property, due to needing to move them into care. We chose the agent after getting three agents to value the house. Their valuation wasn't the highest, nor were their fees the cheapest but we instantly liked Stuart and Debbie and felt comfortable dealing with them, they made no outlandish claims and appeared to be genuine and straightforward. Having come out of the process and had time to reflect I thought I'd leave a review. At the time the market wasn't the best and the sale wasnt the quickest, but we had plenty of viewings and the property was quite quirky, which we'd already discussed. However the communications and discussions we had were always cordial, callbacks prompt and we were always kept in the loop. There was never any pressure to be pushed into decisions, I always felt it was a fully collaborative process, and I got genuinely useful and good advice, not pressure to sell quickly and at any price. The property did sell successfully and though we had a few bumps in the road (not caused by them) we got it across the line. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. And that's something I don't think I've ever said about an estate agent before!

He explained every step of the process and guided me throughout which was a real help being a first time investor. What struck me the most was his attentiveness and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a first class broker.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!

Stuart was a superstar through out the process and worked tirelessly to support the seller and indeed us and ensured the sale progressed as expected. He performed viewings without fault, went above an beyond and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sadly we bought our forever home so we may not be using him anytime soon ????. Thanks Stuart.

They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
