25th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Complete waste of time and money. Zero communication fake viewings recorded on my account. Staff I originally dealt with all quit and i was left without a sales person. Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints
