27th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We sold our property through Ross Nicholas New Milton branch and I would 100% highly recommend them to anyone planning to sell a property.<br>Justin visited us to value our home and gave us an honest and realistic value for our property and we had an offer within a few weeks of it being on the market with them.<br>We had previously been on the market with another agent locally and had little interest until it was marketed at the right price.<br>Justin has been great at helping us through this stressful time and is so professional and he is always on hand to answer any questions or queries we had along the way. Thank you Ross Nicholas and Justin.

The team found a lovely local couple to purchase our cherished home and they worked relentlessly in the background chasing up the whole chain so we had the latest information available. They could not have done any more for us !!! Excellent service by Glenn and the whole team.

We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.

As a fellow estate agent, recently involved in a long chain of 13 links, at times that could have easily crumbled, their joint effort determination and resilience really helped make the difference to the process. It was so lovely to work with agents who shared the same desire to get to the finish line for the people behind the homes. Their telephone manner also made me smile! The work that happens behind the scenes is so important and it was a pleasure working with them.<br>If I was looking for an estate agent in New Milton and the surrounding villages I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pettengells.

25th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.
